This is our main logo to be used on communications in print and digital. It should always appear with the established date underneath when communicating externally, only removed when used on campus or on internal communications.

Details on when to use the simplified and small use logos can be found below. Always use the artwork files provided.

  • Simplified Version

    For use below 43mm wide.

  • Small Use Version

    For use when size is severely restricted, for example on promotional items.

Colour Variations

The logo can be used on either a white or black background, it should never be placed on top of an image.

  • Black and gold on a white background

  • White and gold on a black background

  • White on a black background

  • Black on a white background

Logo Misuse

It is important that the appearance of the logo remains consistent. It must never be redrawn, added to, adjusted or modified in any way and should only be reproduced from the artwork provided. To illustrate this, examples of some of the more likely mistakes have been shown.

  • Do not change any of the colours in the logo.

  • Do not add drop shadows or other effects to the logo.

  • Do not typeset the logo.

  • Do not stretch the logo disproportionally.

  • Do not change the proportions of the logo elements.

  • Do not rearrange the logo elements.

  • Do not isolate elements of the logo.

  • Do not place the logo on an image.

Exclusion zone

The minimum amount of room to leave around the logo is indicated by the exclusion zone. Avoid placing text or any other graphic elements within it. The dimensions of the exclusion zone are based on the height of the H.

Logo Positioning

Always look to position the logo centrally in the top or bottom of your application, or at either side keeping the exclusion zone clear from the edge of the page.

Sub brands have been created using the main Gresham’s logo and replacing the established date with a descriptor and follow the same rules above for size, exclusion zone and positioning.

Our sub brands must never be redrawn, adjusted, added to, or modified in any way. No other sub brands are allowed to be created without prior approval from marketing@greshams.com.
